Format: four separate tracks are listed: for case deletions, case duplications, control deletions and control duplicatinons. The first 3 columns contain chromosome, start and stop positions (hg17). The remaining fields only contain formatting information for the UCSC browser. You can link to this URL or download this file, to select it as a custom track in the UCSC browser for convenient viewing.
