Input parameters

Allele frequencies [f(a) and f(b)]. The frequency of the allele associated with increased phenotype value or disease risk. This is arbitrarily defined to be 'a' for the A locus and 'b' for the B locus. These will be used to compute the expected frequencies of the 9 two-locus genotypes. Accepted values: 0 < f(a) < 1.
