Genetic models

For diallelic loci, fit genetic models (multiplicative, dominance, recessive) to one or more case/control and/or TDT samples.

All numbers must be whitespace-delimited. All genotype counts must be greater than zero for non-multiplicative models.

For case/control data, enter the six counts:

For TDT data, enter the seven offspring counts given specific parental mating type:
AA offspring | AA x Aa parents
Aa offspring | AA x Aa parents
