The source-code and executable files are provided here, but I will not be able to fix any bugs or answer any questions.

The zip file contains three executables: whap.exe, usat.exe and snphap.exe. These files must be placed in the working directory, or somewhere in the path, e.g. c:\windows\

In MS-DOS, it may be best to increase the width of the window (e.g. Properties, Layout, Screen Buffer Size, under Windows XP DOS windows) to avoid output lines wrapping around and being hard to read.

whap automatically calls David Clayton's SNPHAP package, which is distrbuted in the above files.

NOTE: whap is a command-line program. Open a command prompt and type the commands: clicking on the Windows icon will get you nowhere...
